This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the docket order dated 08.11.2017 passed in O.P.No.1682 of 2015 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record. There is no representation for the respondent. 3.

The impugned order dated 08.11.2017 reads as under: "Both parties present. Petitioner endorsed on petition that petitioner is not pressed. Hence, petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs." 4.

The impugned order was passed in the presence of the revision petitioner. She did not object for passing of the said order. The Court below is justified in dismissing the said O.P. as not pressed. There is nothing to take a different view. The revision petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
