This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 21.07.2009 of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka of Visakhapatnam District, passed in I.A.No.203 of 2009 in O.S.No.112 of 2008.

As there was no representation for the petitioner on 17.09.2016, the matter was directed to be listed on 23.09.2010 under the caption "For Dismissal". On that day, though there was no representation for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondent sought time and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the same caption "For Dismissal". Yet again there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondents is present. 4.

The note of the Registry reflects that the suit itself was disposed of on 07.09.2011.

In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
