Learned counsel for the appellant submits that when a letter is addressed to the sole appellant, the same was returned with a postal endorsement that the addressee died.

No steps are taken for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
