When this matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner.

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to do his duty. On 27.12.2002, while admitting the writ petition, this Court issued interim direction to allow the petitioner to continue his services. In view of the interim direction, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
