This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 30.8.2016 passed in E.P. No.30 of 2014 in O.S. No.97 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Uravakonda, Anantapur District.

As per note submitted by the Registry, the executing Court closed the E.P. No.30 of 2014. In view of the closing of the E.P., the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
