ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to quash order/proceedings No.SR Cell(1)714/2011, dated 26.9.2011, of respondent No.1.

At the hearing, Sri Sallori Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has given up the sale activity of US 3140- variety of tomato seed and that the respondents have renewed the petitioner's license in respect of other varieties of seeds.

In this view of the matter, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition,

WPMP.No.33666 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
