HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO M.A.C.M.A.Nos.2509 & 2589 of 2014 COMMON JUDGMENT:- Pursuant to the request made by the Counsel appearing for both the parties, the matters were referred to Lok Adalat.

The matters were settled before the Lok Adalat and an award was passed by the Lok Adalath on 11.12.2021. In view of the above, both the M.A.C.M.A's are disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. There shall be no order as to costs.
