Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had filed I.A.No.1358 of 2017 in O.S.No.4 of 2012 before the I Additional District Judge at Nizamabad and that though it was filed on 28.11.2017, it is not being disposed of by the said Court till date. In view of the said submission, this Revision is disposed of directing the said Court to decide I.A.No.1358 of 2017 in O.S.No.4 of 2012 on its file, within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing both the sides. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
