THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.3015 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 24-04-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.203 of 2015 in Cr.No.208 of 2010 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Spl. Mobile Court-cum-XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hyderabad. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed.
