When the matter was taken up on 23.09.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 30.09.2016 with a direction to list under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

None appeared for the petitioner when the matter is taken up even today, while Sri A. Yadava Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 reported ready. Since the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', I am not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
