2. Jadav Maruthi, S/o. Rupe Singh

3. Meghavath Ramesh, S/o. Chandra Naik Petitioners (Accused 1 to 3 in Cr.No.54/2017 of Maredumilli P.S., E.G.Dist) AND The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by Public Prosecutor, High Court at Hyderabad, for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused No. 1 to 3 on bail in Cr.No. 54 of 2017 on the file of Maredumili Police Station, East Godavari District.

The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.Vishnuvardhana Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor (AP) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to enlarge the petitioners, who are accused Nos. 1 to 3, on bail in crime No. 54 of 2017 of Maredumilli Police Station, East Godavari District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor (A.P.).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were travelling as passengers in the vehicle, at the time of incident and that they have been languishing in jail since 01-09-2017. Learned counsel further submits that accused Nos. 5 and 6, who stand on the same footing as that of the petitioners, are already granted bail by this Court by virtue of order dated 18-01-2018 in Criminal Petition No. 24729 of 2017.

Hence, considering the above circumstances, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail, on condition of their executing a personal bond each for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajamahendravaram.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that a direction may be given to the petitioners to attend before the police station concerned. 6.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Maredumilli Police Station, East Godavari District, twice in a week i.e. on every Tuesday and Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 12 noon.
