This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No3SO of 2024 pending on the file of learned ll Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Xlll Additional Judicral l\4agistrate of First Class, Rajendra Nagar Court, Ranga Reddy Drstrict, registered for the offences under sections 420, 406 and 419 of IPC Heard Sri S.Chakrapani, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State and perused the record. 3, Though the petition is filed for quashing the proceedings, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner/accused No.'l before the trial Court. 4.
