The sole petitioner, it is stated, died long ago and legal representatives are not coming forward to come on record for prosecuting the writ petition. After perusing the writ prayer and written instructions dated 22.11.2014, this Court is of the view that the present writ petition can be dismissed as abated.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
