Learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition since it is brought to the notice of the Court by learned Standing Counsel for respondents that the show cause notice dt.28-10-2016 issued to petitioner has been withdrawn by respondents and a fresh show cause notice dt.05-11-2016 has been issued to petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the subsequent show cause notice dt.05-11-2016.

Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
