HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.4122 of 2017 ORDER:

It is the renewed bail application of the petitioner seeking prearrest bail in Cr.No.248 of 2016 of Habeebnagar PS, Hyderabad which was registered for the offence under Section 306 IPC. 2) His earlier bail applications in Crl.P.Nos.1293 and 3091 of 2017 were dismissed by this Court in view of strong prima facie case against him and investigation is pending. There are no tangible changed circumstances, as the learned Addl.P.P. reports still investigation is pending and only four witnesses were examined so far. 2) Bail is pleaded on the submission that petitioner is a TSRTC employee and his arrest would result in deemed suspension and jeopardize his job.

3) While dismissing the bail application, petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek for regular bail in which case, the concerned Court shall dispose of his bail application on merits on the same day.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
