THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.14991 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition appears pre-mature as the petitioner was given notice as early as in February, 2015 and the petitioner has given a reply on 09.03.2015. Thereafter, enquires are conducted and the reports were submitted to the Collector, Hyderabad, as per the instructions of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. Instructions further state that appropriate necessary action will be initiated by the Tahsildar after following due process of law.

2. In view of the said instructions, this writ petition is filed purely on apprehension which has no basis.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
