HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 344 of 2015 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, aggrieved by the non disposal of Tr.O.P.No.192 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kurnool.

Learned counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that he has filed an application before the said Court in the month of December, 2013 seeking withdrawal of O.S.No.199 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge and transfer the same to the Court of VI Additional Sessions Judge to be tried along with O.S.No.27 of 2012. Though the application was filed in the month of December, 2013, till date, no orders are passed in the said application. He further submits that grave prejudice would be caused if both the cases are not tried together. A perusal of the material on record would disclose that Tr.O.P.No.192 of 2013 was filed before the Principal District Judge, Kurnool in the month of December, 2013. It is stated that till date, the said application was not taken up for consideration.

Having regard to the urgency involved, the Principal District Judge/the In-Charge Principal District Judge is advised to take up the matter, as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed. _____________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR, J 06.02.2015 Note:
