ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Education for respondents 1,3 and 4 and Sri D L Pandu, learned counsel for respondent no.5. None appeared for respondent no.2.

Petitioners are students prosecuting their Intermediate course of study and appearing for public examinations commenced on 27.2.2019. Petitioners belong to science stream. Petitioners allege that Junior Lecturer-Flying Squad Smt Pramila/second respondent is ill-treating the students, causing nuisance and harassing students in the corridors from beginning of the examination till end of examination and thereby petitioners are deprived of writing examination in a free atmosphere and such action of second respondent is illegal. Petitioners, therefore seek direction to declare action of second respondent in not performing her duties properly and disturbing the students as illegal and arbitrary.

From the narration of facts, it is apparent that petitioners are science students and last examination of their stream is on 13.3.2019 i.e., this date. Thus, by the time writ petition came up for consideration, the examinations in which petitioners are appearing have already concluded, except for today which will end by 12.30 noon, therefore, at this stage, no relief as sought for can be granted even assuming what is contended by petitioners is correct. Thus, leaving it open to any other student who have grievance to agitate the issue, writ petition is dismissed.

No costs.
