Review I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2024 in This review application is filed seeking to review the judgment dated 26.03.2024 passed by this Court in S.A.No.322 of 2017.

Heard.

This Court by judgment dated 26.03.2024 allowed the S.A.No.322 of 2017. Aggrieved by the same, Rev.I.A.No.3 of 2024 is filed by learned counsel for respondents seeking review of the judgment, dated 26.03.2024.

However, Mr. V.Vijaya Rama Raj, learned counsel for the respondents, filed a letter in the Registry dated 07.03.2025, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Review I.A.No.3 of 2024.

In view of the letter dated 07.03.2025, permission is accorded and Review I.A.No.3 of

2024 is dismissed as withdrawn and I.A.No.4 of 2024 shall stand closed.
