Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri P. Durga Prasad, counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3.

The counsel on both sides state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.21.09.2016 in WP.No.24323 of 2012 and batch.

For reasons alike, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the respondents are directed to examine the case of petitioner and take necessary steps for implementing the provisions of Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation), Act, 1995 in the light of the order dt.29.01.2016 in WP.No.36337 of 2012 as confirmed by the order dt.08.09.2016 in Writ Appeal No.1120 of 2015 and batch.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
