THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.5285 of 2020 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, the allegation of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are interfering with the running of a Hostel by him. He asserts that initially a notice dated 31.01.2020 was issued to him stating that he has not obtained trade license and issued a challan for a sum of Rs.5,000/-, which the petitioner paid. Thereafter, another notice dated 13.02.2020 was issued to him stating that he is required to obtain trade license. He, therefore, submitted Online Application and respondent No.2 issued provisional trade license on 15.02.2020. As per the provisional trade license, the petitioner is required to produce ID proof, lease deed/occupancy certificate within three months. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to submit all the documents within a short period.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit the documents mentioned in the provisional trade license within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent authorities shall consider the same and pass necessary orders. In the interregnum, the respondents shall not interfere with the running of the Hostel by the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
