HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 18560 of 2002 ORDER:
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in issuing the oral orders to disengage the services of the petitioner, and that this Court was pleased to issue interim direction to engage the services of the petitioner as and when there is work, and by virtue of the said interlocutory order, the petitioner is being continued. The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner was not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. In view of the above submission and in view of the interlocutory order passed by this Court, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
