HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.334 OF 2015 ORDER:

Petitioners filed this Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code being aggrieved by the order dated 23.12.2014 passed in C.R.P. No.4 of 2014 by the VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ongole, whereby the learned Sessions Judge, while allowing the revision filed by the 1st respondent herein, directed the trial Court to dispose of the matter within a period of three months. Even though the said order was passed on 23-12-2014, till date the trial Court has not completed the same. It is the grievance of the petitioners herein that while disposing the revision petition, the learned Sessions Judge has not passed any interim order as far as the maintenance ordered by the trial Court. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent also submitted that he is ready to cooperate before the trial Court for early disposal of the case and also informed that he has paid the maintenance amount ordered by the trial Court till December, 2014.

Considering the said submissions, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of directing the trial Court to give priority to the case by conducting proceedings on day-to-day basis and dispose of the same on or before 30th September 2015. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
