HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5201 of 2019 ORDER:
The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under:- "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondents particularly Respondent Nos.2 to 4 for issuance of new Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed in favour of the Petitioner herein in respect of the agricultural land in Sy.No.68/A/1 admeasuring Acs.3.00 gts, Sy.No.59/A admeasuring Acs.2.00 gts, Sy.No.58/A admeasuring Acs.7.34 gts, Sy.No.57/A admeasuring Acs.4.36 gts, for an total extent of Acs.17.
30 gts situated at Sarlaravulapally, Guttala Gadda Thanda, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, vide Patta Pass Book No 499 and the Rythu Bandu Raythu Beema Scheme provided by the Government it is illegal unlawful unjust and contrary to law and against the principles of natural justice and consequently CO direct the Respondents to consider the representations of the Petitioner in the interest of justice and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner made application 20.02.2019 in the prescribed format in Form VIA under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, to the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to remain somnolent.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application in Form VIA in accordance with the due procedure expeditiously and in any event,
SK, J WP.No.5201 of 2019 Dt:13.3.2019 not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
