- 2 - HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NOs.13257, 13273, 13348, 13350, 13458 & 13504 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER:

These writ petitions are filed alleging that the permits are not issued during the subsistence of lease in favour of petitioners. 2.

When the matters are taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the lease period granted earlier has already expired and whether the information with reference to further renewal is not known. Learned counsel therefore, requests that if the lease is renewed and if permits are not issued on such renewal, liberty may be granted to petitioners to work out their remedies.

3.

Granting the said liberty, the writ petitions are dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 21st August, 2019 Rds
