THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.16010 of 2016 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.253 of against the petitioner/accused No.1 for the offences punishable under Section 138 of N.I.Act, on the file of the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally.

Sri. Sai Teja, learned counsel representing Sri. Bojja Arjun Reddy, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, Sri.R.Jyothi Prasad, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State are present.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous, since the matter itself was disposed of by the trial Court.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
