THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3349 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is filed by A.1 to A.3 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.490 of 2016 pending on the file of XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Maheswaram for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 109 r/w 34 IPC.

After arguing for some time, since this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings at this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court.

In the circumstances, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for their appearance. The petitioners are directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
