Nalla Bikshpathi v. Sri B.R. Meena,
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.C. No. 512 of 2017 ORDER :
This Contempt Case is filed against respondents alleging willful disobedience of order dated 20.09.2016 in W.P. No.31558 of 2016, wherein this Court directed the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation filed by the 2nd petitioner on 03.09.2016.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue appearing for respondents, basing on the counter averments, submits that the petitioner's application was disposed of by way of an endorsement dated 27.07.2017.
Though the order of this Court has been complied with belatedly, explanation is offered by the 4th respondent in the counter affidavit regarding the same.
In view of the averments in the counter affidavit and also the endorsement of the 4th respondent, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court by the respondents.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stands closed.
