HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4255 of 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in insisting the petitioner to vacate from his agricultural property at the instance of the 4th respondent. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.21 cents in Survey No.91-1, situated at Buttaigudem Village and Mandal of West Godavari District and the 3rd respondent has nothing to do with the same. The allegation of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent is interfering with the civil dispute is also denied. In view of the denial by the 3rd respondent, no orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
