HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13799 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.2, A.3 and A.6 seek to quash the proceedings in crime No.244 of 2013 of the P.S., Vemulawada,Karimnagar District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 323 and 506 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 20.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Vemulawada Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District, and submitted that the case was compounded on 29.01.2014 at the crime stage, and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
