HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.5265 of 2020 ORDER:

This writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the parties.

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer : "...............Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not receiving the application form and not releasing the power supply to the eptitiner premises in Sy.No.32/EE (Ac.0.22 guntas) & 32/AA (Ac.0.22 guntas) total admeasuring Ac.1.04 guntas situated at Kollur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Medak District as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to release the power supply without being influenced by the instructions of any 3rd party and to pass such other order.............."

Heard Sri KLN.Raghavendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing counsel for respondents.

Petitioner is a bricks manufacturing industry and it has taken the land to an extent of Ac.1-04 gts situated at Kollur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Medak District on lease for its business purpose and has approached the respondents seeking power supply to the said premises. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are refusing to accept its application for grant of power supply.

Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the

respondents to accept the application of the petitioner for grant of power supply.

Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents contends that the case of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law, if only petitioner submits a fresh application This Court, having considered the rival submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application along with necessary documents within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon receipt of such application, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within eight (08) weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
