While this Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by A.2 to A.6 to quash the proceedings against them in Cr.No.146 of 2013 of Jakranpally Police Station, Nizamabad District, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing the letter dated 25-5-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jakranpally Police Station, Nizamabad District would submit that the investigation was completed, Charge Sheet was already filed and the case was registered as C.C.No.611 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Armoor and prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous. No representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
