HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.608 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.31444 of 2017, dated 15-09-2017, wherein this Court directed to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion in accordance with Rules. Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for both the respondents submits that in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court, case of the petitioner was considered and proceedings dated 05-10-2017 were issued and counter affidavit is also filed to that effect. Since the respondents passed orders in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court on 15-09-2017, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 05-10-2017 in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
