This writ petition is filed challenging the orders passed by the 1st respondent removing the petitioner from service. On 10.6.2005, this Court issued interim direction to continue the petitioner in service as Anganwadi helper at Nallamadu Angawadi Centre, Nallamadu Village.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the interlocutory order, the petitioner was continued in service till he attained the age of superannuation. However, he submits that if the petitioner is not paid any terminal benefits, he may be permitted to make a representation to the respondents. 3.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents seeking terminal benefits, if not paid, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
