These two revisions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders, dated 18-02-2011 in I.A.Nos.177 and 176 of 2005 in A.S.No.143 of 2000 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda, wherein the applications filed to condone the delay of 916 days in filing the legal heir petition to set aside the exparte decree, dated 31-03-2003 and to give an opportunity to submit arguments in the main appeal, are allowed on payment of costs. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the appeal itself was disposed of by the Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda and against the said judgment and decree, Second Appeal No.94 of 2012 is preferred and the same is pending before this Court and in view of the same, the cause in these revisions does not survive for further adjudication and has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in these revisions shall stand closed.
