THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9240 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. Petitioner had filed a revision on 04.01.2016 before respondent No.2, assailing order dt.14.12.2015 in D.Dis.A/843/2015 passed by respondent No.3 and stay petition was also filed along with the revision.

3. Petitioner contends that respondent No.2 has not even numbered the revision and he is not taking up the stay petition therein.

4. Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4 states that respondent No.2 will decide the revision filed by the petitioner, within eight(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to decide the revision filed by the petitioner on 04.01.2016 against the order dt.14.12.2015 passed by respondent No.3, within eight(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending disposal of the said revision, there shall be stay of the order dt.14.12.2015 passed by respondent No.3. No costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
