THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26890 OF 2017 ORDER :

Petitioner assails the impugned order dated 04-04-2017 passed by the 4th respondent in removing him from service from the post of Computer Operator.

Though the petitioner seeks to question the impugned order on various grounds, inasmuch as it is fairly conceded by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for respondents that against the impugned order, appeal lies to 3rd respondent. In the circumstances, without expression any opinion on the merits of the matter, it is open for the petitioner to avail statutory remedy of filing appeal before the 3rd respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such an appeal being filed by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, therefore.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
