O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that she has been in possession and enjoyment of the subject property by virtue of the certificate issued to her in the year 1974 i.e., 07.04.1974 by the Jawaharnagar Co-operative Land Colonization Society, bearing registration No.20886, and vide representation dated 07.07.2018, she sought the Tahsildar, Kapra Mandal, to conduct enquiry to find out the survey number of the land in which she is having possession, and for mutation of her name in the revenue records. In pursuance of her representation, the Tahsildar , Kapra Mandal, vide memo in Lr.No.B/1153/2017 dated 10.10.2018, directed the Mandal Girdawar, Kapra Mandal and the Village Revenue Officer of Jawahar Nagar village, to conduct detailed enquiry and submit report.

Apprehending that the area people may cause nuisance at the time of conducting enquiry by revenue officials, petitioner made representation 11.02.2019 to the Station House Officer, Kapra Police Station, Kapra Medchal District - 4th respondent, to provide police protection. Alleging that no police protection is being provided for conducting survey, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate dated 13.03.2019, wherein it is stated that respondent No.4 has not received any requisition from the revenue officials and that if any requisition is received, they are ready to provide police protection.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if the revenue officials require police protection for carrying out the enquiry as required by the Tahsildar, Kapra Mandal, vide memo dated 10.10.2018, they may request the 4th respondent, and said respondent shall take necessary action in accordance with law.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
