ORDER (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the impugned Proc. Dis.No. 5045/2015/Admn., dated 16-11-2015 issued by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Adilabad as being arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondent to transfer the petitioner in any existing available vacancy at Adilabad or Boath in view of family circumstances." When the case came up before this Court on 22.02.2016, Sri V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for an adjournment for advising the petitioner. Today, at the hearing, Sri V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of main petition as withdrawn, WPMP No.49986 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
