This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.95 of 2018 of Bodhan Police Station, Nizamabad District.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 14.08.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bodhan on 25.06.2019 and C.C.No.157 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
