THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.1595 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is the accused in Cr.No.320 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Cyberabad (Crime) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-D, 506 IPC and Sections 66-C and 67 of the Income Tax Act, on the report of the 2nd respondent-complainant. The petitioner and the complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ accused in Cr.No.320 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Cyberabad (Crime). The petitioner/ accused is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
