Since the issue involved in both the Writ Petitions is one and the same, the petitions are disposed of by this common order. These Writ Petitions came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring total extent of Acs.7.28 cents in Survey Nos.205/2, 206 and 230/5 situated at Brahmanapalli Village, Rajampet Mandal, Kadapa District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application to the Tahsildar, Rajampet for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, which is not being considered till date. Learned Government Pleader submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, a direction may be given to the authorities to consider the same, in accordance with law.

Without going into merits of the case, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, Rajampet to consider the representation made by the petitioner seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring total extent of Acs.7.28 cents in Survey Nos.205/2, 206 and 230/5 situated at Brahmanapalli Village, Rajampet Mandal, Kadapa District, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If no such application is made, the petitioner can make a fresh application seeking the same relief, in which event, the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated above. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these two Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
