THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.6963 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in providing power supply to the 3rd Respondent Rice Mill situated at S.No.441/1, South Rajupalem Village, Chinthareddypalem GP, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to the orders dated 06-10-2016 in S.A.223/2016 passed by the Hon'ble Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.J.Koteswari Devi, learned standing counsel for the respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.

When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted representation on 30.11.2016 to the 2nd respondent and no action has been taken on the said representation.

On the otherhand, it is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the respondents that appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 30.11.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
