Learned counsel for the appellants submits that entire loan amount was paid by appellant No.1, who is the proprietor of M/s.Umiyaji Ginning Factory, Dasnapur Industrial Area, Adilabad, and the respondent bank also issued no due certificate, dated 04.08.2017, wherein it is mentioned that all dues have been cleared insofar as the ginning factory of appellant No.1 is concerned.
