Mr.J.Parthasaradhi, learned counsel, submitted that Sri Y.Venkat Sastry, learned counsel on record for the petitioner is no more. However, he submitted that he belongs to the office of Sri Y.Venkat Sastry and that he has no instructions.

It is common knowledge that Sri Y.Venkat Sastry died in the year 2011. The petitioner has not taken any steps to instruct either the office colleagues of late Sri Y.Venkat Sastry or engage another advocate. Considering the fact that the dispute is nearly 15 years old, and the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, which was properly dealt with by the Tribunal, we are not inclined to order notice to the petitioner.
