1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 in D.V.C.No.206 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the I Metropolitan Magistrate, Chudi Bazar, Hyderabad.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court.

3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
