This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 08.8.2016 in I.A.S.R. No.2782 of 2016 in O.S. No.70 of 2013 on the file of the Court of First Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted. 3.
