ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 11.11.2013 passed in Writ Petition No.28363 of 2013. At the hearing, the contemnor is present. In his counter-affidavit, he has stated that he has reviewed his earlier decision and issued fresh proceedings No.B/1/2013, dated 27.01.2015, granting mutation in favour of the petitioners in respect of land admeasuring Acs.5.34 guntas, which is the subject matter of Writ Petition No.28363 of 2013. A copy of the said proceeding is filed along with the counter-affidavit. As the respondent has taken corrective steps by passing a fresh order in favour of the petitioners, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed and the contemnor is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
