HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.43977 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to take necessary action against the 6th respondent.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

In the affidavit, it is stated that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the 6th respondent for the offence of cheating and for selling fake mobile. But the 3rd respondent having received the said complaint failed to take any action against the 6th respondent.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The 3rd respondent is directed to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law, if the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence."
