THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. LAXMAN WRIT PETITION No.7913 of 2022 ORDER : (Per ARR, J) This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief : "to issue a writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly the 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioner for counseling and admission into PG-Medical course under Management Quota Category for the academic year 2021-22 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to consider and include the name of the petitioner for admission into PG-Medical course under Management Quota for the academic year 2021-22". 2.

Heard both sides.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.36135 of 2021 on 04.01.2022 and the said submission is not disputed by Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent-University.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in W.P.No.36135 of 2021, this writ petition is also disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent and submit her application along with original certificates by paying Rs.5,000/- towards registration charges

ARR, J & ML, J W.P.No.7913 of 2022 and Rs.7,500/- towards service provider charges, by 18.02.2022. On receipt of such application, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and take necessary action thereon. No order as to costs.
